The Monroe County Library System
In 2006 Barbara helped the Monroe County Library System (located in Rochester, New York) update its web site. She identified the top three tasks people want to accomplish at the site: 1) find books, 2) check their library account, and 3) see when a library is open. From any page these three tasks are easy to accomplish.
