Is working at your computer frustrating because either the computer is not working properly or it just doesn't do what you want? I can help end that frustration through one-on-one training and troubleshooting. My goal is to reduce your frustrations – well maybe not the frustrations you have with your job or your kids -- but certainly the ones you have with your computer. My name is Barbara Moore.

Computer Training - At Home and in the Classroom

You will learn from a patient and easy-to-understand teacher. Complex computer concepts will be made easy. I will come to your home and work side-by-side with you as you learn on your own computer. Together we will find the steps that work best for you. When we are done you will have written step-by-step instructions. You will have time to ask me your questions. I am a trainer first and a "techie" second.

Computer Troubleshooting

Is your computer running slow? Is your printer not working? Are you having trouble getting software to load or your digital camera to work with your computer? You can get help with these problems and more. I come to your home and work on your computer with you by my side. I have over 10 years of computer troubleshooting experience with both PCs and Macs.

Help is also available with purchasing and/or setting up a new computer.
